Cancellation Policy

1. Scheduling Appointments: Online Booking: Clients can schedule inspections through our online booking system available on our website. Ensure to provide all required details for a seamless booking experience. Phone Booking: Alternatively, clients can call our office at 404-901-6070 during business hours to schedule an appointment. 2. Confirmation: Immediate Confirmation: Once a booking is made, clients will receive an immediate confirmation email with the appointment details. Reminder: A reminder email will be sent 24 hours before the scheduled inspection. 3. Rescheduling and Cancellations: Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. Rescheduling can be done online or by calling our office. Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of $50. 4. Inspection Fees: Payment Due: Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards. Additional Fees: Any additional services requested during the inspection (e.g., termite inspection, radon testing) will be billed separately. 5. On-Site Requirements: Access to Property: Ensure that all areas of the property are accessible at the time of inspection, including basements, attics, garages, and outbuildings. Utilities: All utilities (electricity, water, gas) should be turned on to facilitate a thorough inspection. 6. Inspection Reports: Delivery: A detailed inspection report will be emailed to the client within 24 hours of the inspection. Follow-Up: Clients are encouraged to review the report and contact us with any questions or concerns. 7. Liability and Limitations: Scope of Inspection: The inspection will be conducted in accordance with industry standards and is limited to visible and accessible areas. Liability: Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the inspection service. 8. Customer Satisfaction: Feedback: We value your feedback.
